Our company recently hired Living Water Music to provide the backline,
lighting, and sound reinforcement for the entertainment we hired to
perform at a corporate dinner. Craig & Leah were the project
coordinators and audio and lighting engineers and managed every detail
flawlessly. They completely handled the project, coordinating details
between our company, the band we hired (Gary Lewis & the Playboys)
and the owner of the building where the show was held. They made
numerous phone calls, sent emails and traveled quite a distance to get
the precise bacline this band required.
The venue was a very difficult one, and Living Water Music showed
outstanding flexibility and creativity to make the event a success,
even providing sound proof backdrops and a generator to make sure there
were no "surprises" that evening. They made sure all the bases were
covered and all parties' needs were being met. Because the venue was
not ideal for a band, they had to provide custom sound reinforcement
including six separate monitor mixes.
Living Water Music is a first-rate, professional organization that I
would recommend for any sound and lighting event you may have. They

I have had several
opportunities with several charitable events in this community to work
with Living Water Music. The working relationship we had was
outstanding. Craig was in charge of the total sound system which was in
an outdoor park setting. In addition to the sound for the total program
they also provided some of the music for the program. Again, the
quality and professionalism was of the highest caliber. As always with
programs and events, there were may distractions and interruptions to
the plans and Craig was extremely flexible and adaptable. He seemed to
perform very well under pressure which is not an easy thing to do.
Craig seems to have a high
degree of technical knowledge and his expertise was extremely valuable
in these outdoor events. He appears to have the highest euality
instrumentation and equipment and knows how to use them. Because of his
professionalism much of the stress and strain of the events we were
involved in were diminished by Craig's professionalism.

factors of importance in his background beyond technical knowledge and

"To Whom It May Concern: We hired Living Water Music, Inc. to provide
sound reinforcement services for our summer music festival which
included the following groups: Caleigh, Trampled by Turtles, Conga Se
Menne, and Paul Thorn.
There are many facets to address in this recommendation as this was an
event with many changing parameters as the show date approached. In
short, Living Water Music provided a "turn key" level of services.
- Our communication with Craig LiaBraaten was excellent at
all times. He was available by phone and responded to e-mails in a
timely and courteous manner.
- Craig's communication with the performers was also
excellent. He was persistent in getting stage plots, ensuring equipment
needs would be met, and dealt with the musicians in a professional
manner. He was doing pre-show planning and preparation 6 months prior
to our festival date to ensure events unfolded without a hitch.
- Craig arranged for an electrical contractor to supply the
proper equipment to provide power to the festival area.
- The equipment Craig brought to our event was professional
level with Electrovoice speakers and subs, Crown amplification, Allen
and Heath consoles, and he had enough equipment to easily meet all
musician riders.
- Performer monitors were run with a designated monitor
engineer and separate console located in the performance area. This
level of service is truly appreciated by the musicians.
- Equipment was setup and operational the day prior to our
event. This allowed for a more relaxed morning the day of the festival
and ensured all systems were operational. Living Water Music arrived
with enough staff to setup equipment without assistance from our staff,
and were able to accomplish sound set changes between acts within the
time allowed.
- Living Water Music offered to trade some services in
exchange for being a corporate sponsor and receive promotional
considerations. This flexibility helped us remain within budget.
Living Water Music and Craig
LiaBraaten met our expectations for sound reinforcement and worked
extremely hard under adverse heat and humidity conditions the day of
the festival. Their entire crew remained professional and productive
for the two days they were onsite. If you have any questions about

our organization and community has had with Craig LiaBraaten and Living
Water Music (LWM), Inc. over many years. The Edge of the Wilderness
Community Center, a 501.c.3, corporation in Minnesota, has built a $2.2
million dollar art center, and Living Water Music, Inc. was of great
support to us by producing and performing benefit concerts and by
consulting with us on sound and lighting engineering and design.
For the benefit concerts
Craig and LWM donated performance fees, as well as the transportation
and use of all the sound equipment and lighting needed to produce these
events in the commons area, where no sound or lighting exists.
During the design
development of the Center for the Arts, LWM provided professional
services as an Audio Engineer / Consultant, a Lighting Engineer /
Consultant, and a Project Research Specialist free of charge.
At the Ground Breaking
Ceremony, the LiaBraatens were recognized for their considerable help,
especially the benefit concerts and the consultations. Craig spent a
great deal of time, effort, and money to bring us specifications for
several options for lighting and sound equipment that would suit our
building and our finances. His research for our project was extensive
and greatly appreciated.
